AJA Food Truck started as a single truck on the streets of Miami, fueled by a passion for bold Latin flavors and a hunger to bring something different to the neighborhood. What began as a dream to serve loaded burgers, crispy patacones, and overflowing salchipapas has grown into 5 locations across South Florida.
